Diamondbrite Thermoplastic Dental Trays for Whitening and Remineralizing Gels

Diamondbrite thermoplastic silicone trays for home use with whitening and remineralizing gels. Many gels, such as Tooth Mousse or Sherbet fluoridating agents, require the use of special applicator devices for maximum effect.

Custom silicone trays can be ordered from your dentist, but the disadvantages of this approach are obvious: not every clinic has the vacuum formers needed to make them, and if such a machine is available, the service can be expensive.

Why overpay and waste time when you can easily create the same thing yourself in just a couple of minutes? Using Diamondbrite, you will create an ideal mold of your bite! The kit contains two thermoplastic blanks (for both jaws) and a stylish case for storing the finished product.

Instructions for making:

1. Fill a glass with hot (not boiling!) water at a temperature of 70-80°C.
2. Immerse the blank in the water for 30 seconds, holding it by the handle.
3. Take it out and make sure it is not too hot.
4. Place it on the upper jaw.
5. Press the tray with your fingers from the outside and inside to achieve the desired contour.
6. Rinse under cold running water to set the result.
7. Try on the resulting tray, ensuring a uniform, sufficiently tight fit to the dentition. If done correctly, the product will stay in place without falling off and without interfering with speech. If it hasn't set well, you can reheat it in water and adjust it on your bite.
8. Cut off the handle mentioned in step 2.
9. Repeat the procedure for the lower jaw.
