Organic toothpaste Fazzet Primal is designed to strengthen and prevent major dental diseases through the deep penetration of 0.454% stannous fluoride into the enamel surface.

Scientific research has proven that stannous fluoride is one of the most effective fluorides because it not only provides an anti-caries effect and reduces enamel sensitivity but also helps prevent gingivitis and halitosis. Fazzet Primal toothpaste contains stabilized stannous fluoride of Swiss origin, which does not stain the enamel.

According to the "British Dental Journal" vol.229, page 773 (2020), stannous fluoride and zinc citrate neutralize the virus that causes COVID-19 by 99.9%.

Primal does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate — an ingredient that gives the paste a foamy structure during brushing but sometimes causes gum inflammation and increases tooth sensitivity. Our natural formula uses biosaponins, which are naturally occurring high molecular weight glycosides with distinct foaming characteristics. They are found in many plants but get their name from the soapwort plant (Saponaria), whose root was historically used in soap.

Biosaponins are a carefully selected blend of root and bark extracts:

Xylitol — a natural sweet ingredient found in many types of plants (particularly in birch) is also present in the composition. Oral microbes cannot use it for energy. It interferes with bacteria's ability to consume sugar and produce acids that cause cavities. Studies have shown that regular consumption of products rich in xylitol reduces the risk of cavities.

The product ideally combines different grit sizes of hydrated silica for excellent stability, improved cleaning, creating smoothness and shine of the enamel. The final result is comparable to the effect of a professional cleaning in a dentist's office.

The paste has a neutral pH. Studies show that cavities appear at low surface pH. Long periods of low (acidic) pH in the mouth create an ideal environment for the growth of caries-causing organisms. Maintaining a neutral pH balance helps maintain healthy tooth enamel and the biofilm on its surface.
